1 Sustained Major Injuries in Winton DUI Car Accident at Walnut and Central Avenues
Winton, California (December 22, 2019) – One person was transported to the hospital after being involved in an alleged DUI traffic collision on Saturday afternoon in Winton, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major-injury crash, which happened at approximately 5:35 p.m. December 21, occurred at Walnut and Central avenues near the Grace Mennonite School.
The CHP said the accident involved a white Dodge truck and another truck that collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

One person sustained major injuries in the crash. The victim was attended to by paramedics and then rushed to the hospital by a ground ambulance for further treatment.
Meanwhile, the current condition and the identity of the wounded party have not yet been released to this time.
Officials affirmed that one of the operators of the involved vehicles was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
The suspect was arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of felony DUI.
The investigation is underway.
