1 Person Killed in Willow Creek Crash on Highway 299
Willow Creek, California (December 16, 2020) – One person was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Wednesday in Willow Creek, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred on Highway 299, just west of the East Fork Campground.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2004 Dodge SUV veered off the roadway, flipped over down an embankment on the side of the highway in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, one person, who was the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
