William Dorsey ID’d as Man Killed in Palm Desert Pedestrian Crash on Town Center Way
Palm Desert, California (May 1, 2019) – The man who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Monday night in Palm Desert has been identified as William Dorsey, 76, of Desert Hot Springs, according to a local news source.
The accident took place in the 44400 block of Town Center Way at about 8:10 p.m. April 29.
According to the news source, Dorsey was allegedly jaywalking when he was hit by a vehicle.

Dorsey was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle involved stayed at the scene.
The police are investigating the incident.
