Watsonville, California (June 9, 2021) – A Watsonville accident involving two vehicles Monday afternoon seriously injured a 7-year-old kid, the California Highway Patrol said.

The major injury crash took place in the 295 block of San Andreas Road at approximately 4:15 p.m. on June 7.

The accident involved a tractor truck and a second vehicle that crashed on the highway for unknown reasons.

A female child sustained serious injuries and was possibly disoriented following the accident.
