Driver Killed in Fiery Huntington Beach Collision on Pacific Coast Highway at Huntington Street

Huntington Beach, California (June 9, 2021) – A driver was killed early Wednesday morning in a fiery collision in Huntington Beach, police said.
The deadly crash happened at approximately 1:30 a.m. on the Pacific Coast Highway at Huntington Street.
According to the police, a car was heading southbound on the Pacific Coast Highway when, for an unknown reason, the driver crashed into a parked vehicle.

Police said the parked vehicle was not occupied when the accident happened.
Authorities closed the Pacific Coast Highway between 1st Street and Twin Dolphin Drive as the investigation and cleanup took place.
