Visalia, California (January 30, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in Visalia early Saturday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 12:04 a.m. on Highway 99 near Avenue 384.
A vehicle is reported to have crashed into a center divider for unknown reasons.
One person was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to an area hospital for treatment of what appeared to be major injuries.
No additional information about the collision was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
