Vineyard, California (March 24, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an alleged hit-and-run collision that happened near Top Performance Sweeping in Vineyard Tuesday night.

The pedestrian accident was reported at approximately 8:56 p.m. on Gerber Road near Waterman Road, Sacramento County. 

An unidentified individual was reportedly hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene without rendering aid.

The wreck resulted in unspecified injuries to the pedestrian.
