2 Injured in Victorville Truck Accident on Interstate 15 at Bear Valley Road
Victorville, California (May 18, 2020) – Authorities are investigating an early Sunday morning multi-vehicle accident that left two drivers nursing injuries in Victorville.
The crash happened at about 12:13 a.m., on May 17, on the southbound Interstate 15 at Bear Valley Road.
A witness told the police that a speeding sedan lost control and crashed into the center divider. A black Jeep attempted to swerve to avoid the sedan but ended up on the pathway of a big rig.
The tractor-trailer reportedly crashed into the two vehicles and went through a chain-linked fence before coming to a stop on Amargosa Road.

The drivers of the truck and the Jeep sustained minor injuries.
The sedan driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Traffic on Amargosa Road was stopped for a short time.
