Vernalis Accident at Gaffery and McCracken Roads Seriously Injures One Person
Vernalis, California (February 27, 2021) –One person was hospitalized with serious injuries following a Vernalis accident Friday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The CHP responded to the major injury crash site at approximately 1:44 p.m. in the area of Gaffery and McCracken roads, San Joaquin County.
The accident involved a Chevrolet full-size pickup truck and a Honda Civic that crashed at the Vernalis intersection, near Highway 33, for unknown reasons.
Due to the impact, the Honda acquired major damage on the driver’s side while the Chevrolet had major front-end damage.

One unidentified victim sustained major injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
