Oxnard, California (February 27, 2021) – 21-year-old Guillermo A. Salazar has been identified as the Oxnard man who died following a motorcycle accident at an intersection in Oxnard Monday evening, according to a report by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The fatal crash took place near Wooley Road and E Street at around 6:50 p.m. February 22.

A 2009 Yamaha motorcycle ridden by Salazar crashed with a 2009 Mercedes-Benz at the intersection, near the southwest corner of Driffill Elementary School in the Hobson Park East neighborhood, under unclear circumstances.

Guillermo Salazar Fatal Motorcycle Accident 

Guillermo died at Ventura County Medical Center while undergoing treatment of multiple blunt force injuries.

Details regarding the Mercedes operator were not immediately established at the time of the report.
