Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Valley West Crash on Highway 299 near Highway 101
Valley West, California (March 31, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Tuesday afternoon traffic accident that left a motorcyclist seriously injured in Valley West.
The major injury accident occurred at about 12:22 p.m., on March 30, on the westbound side of Highway 299 near the Highway 101 interchange.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle crashed into an embankment in unclear circumstances.
Rider Injured in Highway 99 Crash
The rider was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka for treatment.
