22-Year-Old Brian Cetinaperez Arrested Following Vallejo Fatal Car Accident on Lewis Brown Drive Sonoma Boulevard

Vallejo, California (November 2, 2020) – One person died, and two others were hurt following a suspected DUI traffic collision early Friday morning in Vallejo.
The deadly single-car crash took place near Lewis Brown Drive at about 12:20 a.m. on October 30.
The accident happened when a westbound vehicle operated by 22-year-old Brian Cetinaperez, at a high rate of speed, crashed into a traffic signal pole.
Cetinaperez, a San Rafael resident, was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Fatal Vallejo Car Accident Early Friday Morning
Four people, including Cetinaperez, were rushed to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the mishap.
Sadly, one of the passengers was pronounced deceased while undergoing treatment.
Police later arrested Cetinaperez and booked him into Solano County Jail on felony DUI charges resulting in bodily injury and driving without a license.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
