Valentin Solorio Identified as Man Killed in Oxnard Motorcycle Accident at Ventura Road and Anna Way
Oxnard, California (June 28, 2020) – Valentin Solorio Jr., 41, of Fillmore, has been identified as the man who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Wednesday evening in Oxnard, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The deadly crash occurred at about 4:38 p.m., on June 24, at the intersection of Ventura Road and Anna Way, south of Gonzales Road.
As per the police report, a 2007 Honda motorcycle, driven by Solorio, was traveling southbound on Ventura Road when it collided with a 2015 Toyota Prius, driven by a 27-year-old Oxnard woman, that was making a left turn from northbound Ventura Road onto Anna Way.

Solorio sustained major injuries and was taken to Ventura County Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The Toyota driver remained at the scene and was cooperative, the authorities said.
Drugs or alcohol were suspected of having contributed to the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
