Upper Ojai, CA: Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Highway 150
Rider Airlifted after Upper Ojai Motorcycle Accident on Highway 150 near Dennison Park

Upper Ojai, California (May 2, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a traffic collision in Upper Ojai, according to a local news source.
The major injury accident happened at around 2:00 p.m. on Highway 150, just south of Dennison Park, near the Lion Canyon Creek bridge. Highway 150 is also known as Ojai Road.
As per the report, a Harley-Davidson crashed for unknown reasons on the roadway. The impact sent the rider off the road and ended up about 20 feet vertically down over the side of the bridge.
Reportedly, the bike came to a rest in the road.
Major Injury Motorcycle Accident on Highway 150 in Upper Ojai
Emergency responded to the scene and rescued the rider from the creek. The patient was then airlifted to Ventura County Medical Center with major injuries.
The motorcycle was removed from the crash site.
Both lanes of Highway 150 were closed due to the wreck but were reopened as of 3:00 p.m.
