At Least Three Injured in Tulare County Crash on Road 196 and Avenue 144
Tulare County, California (March 25, 2020) – At least two people sustained major injuries in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Poplar in southern Tulare County on Tuesday evening.
According to a local news source, the wreck occurred at Road 196 and Avenue 144 just before 5:30 p.m. March 24.
A green Nissan Altima failed to stop for a stop sign and collided with a red Dodge Charger at the intersection.
Several Injured in Tulare County Crash on Road 196
At least two people were flown to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia for treatment of major injuries. The two were reportedly ejected by the impact of the crash.
One other person was taken to Sierra View Medical Center in Porterville with moderate injuries while a fourth patient was treated for minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
