Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Orosi Accident on Road 124 near Edward Avenue

Tulare County, California (February 19, 2019) – A motorcycle rider was seriously injured Monday night in a traffic accident in Orosi, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash happened at about 8:21 p.m. Monday, February 18 in the 41020 block of Road 124.
According to the CHP, a red coloured vehicle collided with a motorcyclist for a reason still under investigation on Road 124.
The force of the impact caused the front wheel of the bike to become detached.
Firefighters along with medical team responded to the scene and rendered aid to the motorcycle operator who was left with major injuries after the crash.
The rider was then taken to a hospital for further treatment. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately provided.
It was immediately unknown whether or not the driver of the vehicle involved stopped after the crash.
No other details were immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
