Porterville Man Killed in Tulare County Crash on Highway 137 near Road 148
Tulare County, California (February 20, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday morning traffic accident that killed a 30-year-old Porterville man in Tulare County.
The deadly single-vehicle accident occurred at about 12:40 a.m. on Highway 137 near Road 148.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2008 Honda, driven by the 30-year-old Porterville man, was headed eastbound on Highway 137 when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a steel posted fence and a vacant residence.

Sadly, the 30-year-old Porterville man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
