Man Critically Injured in Santa Barbara Electrocution Accident on Los Olivos Street near Bath Street
Santa Barbara, California (July 23, 2019) – A man was nearly electrocuted Monday morning while trimming trees in Santa Barbara, according to a local news source.
The incident happened at around 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 22 on Los Olivos Street near Bath Street.
As per the report, the man, who was working as a contractor for Southern California Edison, was trimming trees on behalf of the power company that was near their power lines when the accident occurred.

The man was rushed to a hospital where he was listed in critical condition. The name of the patient has not yet been disclosed.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Van Nuys office, is investigating the incident.
