Ted Hoots ID’d as Person Killed in Victorville Crash on Innovation Way and Phantom West
Victorville, California (April 13, 2021) – Ted Hoots, 67, of Adelanto, has been identified as the person who was killed in a golf cart accident on Sunday night in Victorville, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 9:26 p.m., on April 11, on Innovation Way and Phantom West.
According to the officials, a golf cart operated by Hoots was struck from behind by a vehicle that was traveling southbound on Phantom West.

Sadly, Hoots was pronounced dead at the scene.
