Minor Injuries Sustained in 280 Freeway Collision near Highway 85 in Sunnyvale
Sunnyvale, California (August 28, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle accident that happened Tuesday evening in Sunnyvale.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision took place at about 6:37 p.m. on southbound 280 Freeway, just south of Highway 85.
As per the report, four vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner of the crash was not mentioned.
An ambulance was requested to the scene to offer medical aid to an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.
At least two vehicles were towed away from the scene.
The cause of the crash will be determined when authorities conclude their investigation.
