Sun Valley, California (November 6, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train Friday morning in Sun Valley, according to authorities.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at about 10:24 a.m. in the 8164 block of North Sunland Boulevard.
Authorities said the pedestrian was hit by the train on North Sunland Boulevard in unclear circumstances.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
