Stanislaus County, California (May 8, 2019) – A 50-year-old Studio City man was killed in a car crash on Wednesday morning in Stanislaus County, according to a police report.

The crash was reported at about 12:00 a.m. May 8, on the Interstate 5 Freeway near Tracy.

The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles were involved in the rear-end collision.

The driver of one of the cars, a man from Studio City man, suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
