72-Year-Old Pedestrian Hospitalized after Skyline Crash on Skyline Drive
Skyline, California (December 5, 2020) – A 72-year-old pedestrian was hit and seriously injured by a vehicle on Saturday morning in Skyline, according to a local news report.
The major injury pedestrian accident happened in the 7600 block of Skyline Drive.
According to the police, the man was crossing the street outside of a marked crosswalk when a 2012 Kia Optima, driven by a 29-year-old woman, struck him.
Pedestrian Injured in Crash on Skyline Drive
The pedestrian fractured both legs and sustained cuts to his head and body. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
