21-Year-Old Santa Rosa Man Dies after South Lake Tahoe Crash on Emerald Bay Road

South Lake Tahoe, California (December 5, 2020) – A 21-year-old man from Santa Rosa was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon in South Lake Tahoe, authorities said.
The deadly accident transpired at about 3:51 p.m., on December 4, in the 700 block of Emerald Bay Road.
According to the police, the man was driving his vehicle northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and overcorrected.
Unfortunately, the car then flipped over and landed on its roof in front of Burger Lounge, the officials said.

Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol or speed was suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
