Rider Critically Hurt in Santa Rosa Motorcycle Accident on Southbound Highway 101

Santa Rosa, California (August 16, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt in a traffic collision in Santa Rosa Friday afternoon, according to a report released by California Highway Patrol team.
The motorcycle collision happened at around 3:49 p.m. August 16, along Highway 101, near the College Avenue on-ramp.
As per the CHP report, two vehicles of unspecified built collided with a motorcycle on the highway for reasons still under investigation.

The rider sustained major injuries in the crash. He was attended to by paramedics, and then rushed to the hospital for further treatment. The identity and the current condition of the victim have not yet been released to this time.
The motorists involved stopped after the crash and cooperated with the officials’ investigation.
