Santa Rosa, CA: DUI Crash on Montgomery Drive, March 2

Santa Rosa, California (March 3, 2019) – A child and two adults were injured late Saturday night in an alleged DUI crash in Santa Rosa, according to police.

The wreck took place at about 9:20 p.m. Saturday, March 2 on Montgomery Drive, just east of Yulupa Avenue.

Witnesses told authorities that a gold-colored sedan was traveling eastbound on Montgomery Drive when the driver lost control and sideswiped several parked cars before hitting a family getting out of a van in their driveway.

Police said an adult was outside of the van, helping children and other family members get out when the sedan crashed into them.

The family was transported to a hospital where they were treated and discharged.

According to the police, the driver of the sedan, Rosemarie Alden-Ridley, was also transported to the hospital for evaluation but was not hurt.
