Husband, Wife Critically Injured in Sylmar Car Accident on W. Foothill Boulevard
Sylmar, California (March 3, 2019) – A couple was injured Sunday afternoon in a three-vehicle collision in Sylmar, according to a local news source.
The accident happened in the 12700 block of W. Foothill Boulevard.
As per the report, a man was exiting a Sylmar marijuana dispensary when his sedan was t-boned by a passing Infiniti occupied by the couple. The force of the impact pushed the sedan into the path of a GMC SUV.
The husband and wife were taken to a hospital in extremely critical condition. The couple’s 7-month-old child, who was in the back of the Infiniti in a car seat, was uninjured in the crash.
No other injuries were reported.
The sedan driver was not suspected of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the wreck.
