1 Person Seriously Injured in Santa Maria Valley Truck Accident at Dominion Road and Palmer Road
Santa Maria Valley, California (September 4, 2020) – One person was seriously injured in a truck accident on Friday evening south of Sisquoc in Santa Maria Valley, police said.
The accident transpired at about 7:17 p.m. at Dominion Road and Palmer Road.
According to the authorities, a pickup truck rolled over on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated one person who was trapped in the vehicle.
The victim was critically injured and was airlifted to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
