Santa Fe Springs, California (December 14, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a car accident that left at least one person injured in Santa Fe Springs early Sunday morning.
According to a CHP report, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of 105 Freeway near Lakewood Boulevard at about 12:11 a.m. December 13.
Two vehicles are reported to have collided on the roadway for unknown reasons.
The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn onto its roof.
As per the report, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
