Man Killed in Santa Cruz Pedestrian Accident on Highway 9 near Graham Hill Road
Santa Cruz, California (February 21, 2019) – A male pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday evening in Santa Cruz, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened on Highway 9 near Graham Hill Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was hit by a 4-Runner on the southbound side of the highway.
The driver of the 4-Runner remained at the scene and complied with investigators.
The pedestrian was killed in the accident. His name has not been released pending identification and notification of his relatives.
No other details were immediately available.
CHP is investigating the accident.
