Motorcyclist Killed, 3 Hurt in Santa Barbara County Crash on Foxen Canyon Road at Depot Street
Santa Barbara County, California (June 18, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed and three other people were injured Thursday evening in a traffic accident in Sisquoc, Santa Barbara County.
The fatal crash, involving a vehicle and motorcycle, occurred at about 6:12 p.m. in the 4900 block of Foxen Canyon Road at Depot Street.
Authorities said the motorcyclist collided head-on with an oncoming passenger vehicle on Foxen Canyon Road at Depot Street.
The motorcycle caught on fire after the impact.

The motorcyclist was declared deceased at the scene. The name of the rider has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
All three occupants of the car sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene, authorities said.
The roadway was temporarily blocked as crews worked to clear the scene. The road was reopened at around 8:17 p.m.
The accident remains under investigation.
