1 Hospitalized after Santa Barbara Rollover Crash at Calle Real and Hope Avenue

Santa Barbara, California (March 11, 2019) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision early Sunday morning in Santa Barbara, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened just after 3 a.m. March 10 on Highway 101 at Calle Real and Hope Avenue.
The report showed that an SUV was northbound on Highway 101 when it collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons.
The SUV was pushed off the freeway and slammed into an electrical vault after missing a row of palm trees. The SUV also rolled over in the crash.
The emergency crews used the Jaws of Life to extricate the male driver of the SUV, who was then transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Details on the extent of his injuries were not available.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
