Sacramento, California (March 11, 2019) – One person was injured in a car accident that happened in South Sacramento on Sunday afternoon.
The collision was reported at about 3:42 p.m. on Highway 99 near Dillard Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a green SUV and a white pickup truck were involved in the collision. Although the events preceding the crash were not immediately established, the pickup truck is reported to have veered off the roadway after the collision.
The authorities said one person sustained head and neck injuries in the crash.
