2 Injured in Sanger Car Crash at Jensen Avenue and Indianola Avenue
Fresno County, California (January 7, 2020) – Two people were injured, one seriously in a traffic collision involving two vehicles on Tuesday morning in Sanger, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The major-injury crash happened at the intersection of Jensen and Indianola avenues at around 6:30 a.m. January 7.
Authorities said two pickup trucks were involved in the accident.
The manner in which the accident occurred was not disclosed. One person was trapped inside one of the involved vehicles upon the impact.
2 Hospitalized After 2-Vehicles Crashed in Sanger
Paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after the wreck and extricated the pinned victim from the wreckage.
The victim suffered major injuries following the collision. A second person sustained minor hurts in the wreck.
Both patients were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The CHP did not release the names of the injured parties.
The investigation is underway.
