Sandra Daniels Killed in San Ysidro Crash on Interstate 5 near State Route 905
San Ysidro, California (June 9, 2021) – Sandra Daniels, 58, was among three people who died in a wrong-way crash that occurred in San Ysidro on Friday morning, according to a local news source.
At around 10:25 a.m. June 4, police said a married San Diego Police Department couple was driving in a white Ford sedan southbound on Interstate 5 when they were hit by an oncoming Ford that was traveling the wrong way.

Sandra was the driver of the Ford and was killed in the incident.
The SDPD couple, identified as Detective Ryan Park, 32, and Detective Jamie Huntley-Park, 33, also died in the collision.
All lanes of I-5 at State Route 905 were closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
