Minor Injuries Sustained in San Leandro Car Crash on 580 Freeway near Estudillo Avenue Off-Ramp
San Leandro, California (December 9, 2020) – Authorities said three vehicles collided Tuesday at around 11:26 a.m. on 580 Freeway in San Leandro, resulting in minor injuries.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the incident took place in the westbound lanes of the freeway, just west of Estudillo Avenue off-ramp.
The report did not mention the manner or cause of the crash.
The incident left an unknown number of parties with minor injuries, which necessitated an ambulance’s dispatch to offer medical aid.
A SigAlert was issued, closing at least one lane of the freeway as authorities investigated.
