San Juan Capistrano, California (October 29, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened in San Juan Capistrano on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened at about 8:21 a.m. October 28, in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Ortega Highway.
