San Jose, CA: Single-Vehicle Crash on Highway 4 near Alhambra Avenue
2-Year-Old Child, 7-Month-Old Baby, Antioch Man Hospitalized after San Jose Accident on Highway 4 near Alhambra Avenue

San Jose, California (November 27, 2020) – Three people were hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash Friday morning in San Jose, according to a local news source.
The accident occurred at about 7:47 a.m. on Highway 4 near Alhambra Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said a blue Acura sedan, driven by a 31-year-old Antioch man, was traveling westbound on Highway 4 when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a pole.
The driver of the sedan sustained major injuries and was airlifted to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
The 2-year-old and 7-month-old who were properly restrained in a car seat were taken to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland for precautionary reasons.
The westbound and eastbound lanes of Highway 4 were shut down due to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
