Minor Injuries Sustained in San Jose Crash on Highway 237 near N 1st Street
San Jose, California (December 16, 2020) – A multi-vehicle collision happened Tuesday evening on Highway 237 in San Jose, resulting in minor injuries, the California Highway Patrol reported.
According to CHP, three vehicles were involved in the pileup at about 6:48 p.m. in the eastbound lanes, just west of N 1st Street.
At the time of the report, authorities were still investigating the factors that led to a red sedan, a white van, and a third unknown vehicle to collide.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the accident. It was not clear if any victim was hospitalized.
Authorities will determine the cause of the crash when they conclude their investigation.
