At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in San Jose Crash on Interstate 280 Under 880 Overpass
San Jose, California (December 4, 2019) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a multi-car accident on Monday afternoon in San Jose, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported at about 11:30 a.m. December 2, on Interstate 280 under the 880 overpass.
CHP said two sedans and an SUV were involved in the accident, which occurred on southbound I-280.
Emergency crews responded to the incident and worked to extract a trapped party from the wreckage.

Multiple southbound lanes of the interstate were blocked as crews worked at the scene.
