1 Injured in San Gorgonio Pass Car Accident on 10 Freeway near Main Street
San Gorgonio Pass, California (September 18, 2020) – A motorist was injured in a collision that occurred in San Gorgonio Pass on Thursday afternoon, September 17.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 1:42 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 Freeway near Main Street.
A white Toyota Corolla was traveling on the roadway when it rear-ended a big rig for unknown reasons. The Toyota then spun out and crashed into a center divider, leaving the vehicle with major front-end damage.
The driver of the Toyota Corolla was injured in the collision. The extent of the injuries sustained by the victim, however, was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
