One Hospitalized after Kearny Mesa Crash on State Route 52 near Convoy Street
San Diego, California (December 14, 2019) – One person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred on Friday morning in Kearny Mesa, according to the authorities.
The crash was reported at about 11:15 a.m. December 13, on westbound State Route 52 near Convoy Street.
Authorities said a person was trapped inside one of the involved vehicles and had to be extricated by firefighters.

The person was transported with unknown injuries to Scripps Memorial Hospital.
The right lane of westbound SR 52 was temporarily closed as the scene was examined and cleared.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
