Authorities said a Toyota Camry crashed into a pickup truck stopped for a red light at the transition. The impact pushed the pickup into another vehicle.
Man Seriously Hurt in San Diego Multi-Car Crash
The male driver of the truck sustained serious injuries and was taken to UCSD hospital.
The female driver of the Toyota declined transport to the hospital.
The crash is under investigation.
