Injuries Reported in San Diego Harbor Car Crash on North Harbor Drive

San Diego, California (June 1, 2019) – A crash between two vehicles caused injuries and a flood of water on the roadway in San Diego Friday night, according to police.
The crash happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. May 31, on North Harbor Drive.
Police said two vehicles collided in the westbound side of the road and the impact sent one of them into a water valve along the side. This caused water to flood the road.

There were reports of minor injuries. The number of those hurt was not revealed.
The collision caused a closure of a westbound North Harbor Drive lane as the scene was cleared.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
