2 People Hospitalized after San Diego Crash on Highway 163
San Diego, California (March 26, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Thursday night traffic accident that left two people injured in San Diego.
The major injury accident occurred at about 9:50 p.m., on March 25, on Kearny Mesa Road just off Highway 163.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a dark blue vehicle was headed southbound on the highway when it crossed three lanes and attempted to exit on the nearby Balboa Avenue off-ramp.
The vehicle then knocked down a 40-foot section of fence near the drive-thru and ended up on the edge of the drive-thru lane.
2 Injured in Highway 163 Crash
Two people were injured in the accident and were hospitalized for treatment.
