At Least 3 Injured in 805 Freeway Accident near 8 Freeway in San Diego
San Diego, California (September 24, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating two collisions that happened Monday night in San Diego sending at least three people to the hospital.
The incidents took place at about 9:34 p.m. on southbound 805 Freeway near 8 Freeway.
According to CHP officials, two collisions, one involving two vehicles and the other three vehicles occurred at the scene.
Major injuries were sustained in the two-car accident and minor injuries in the three-vehicle collision. At least three people were taken to the hospital following the incidents.
Several tow trucks were used to clear the crash scene.
