At Least 1 Killed in San Diego Motorcycle Accident on 5 Freeway at Del Mar Heights Road
San Diego, California (July 4, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to the collision of multiple vehicles early Saturday in San Diego.
The fatal multi-vehicle crash took place at about 5:07 a.m. on the northbound San Diego Freeway at Via De La Valle South Road.
The mishap involved a motorcycle, a white sedan and a third unspecified vehicle.

At least one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck resulted in the closure of all northbound lanes, just south of Del Mar Heights Road.
