One Killed in Bay Park Crash on I-5 near Clairemont Drive
Bay Park, California (November 28, 2019) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Thursday morning in Bay Park, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at about 12:45 a.m. on I-5 just south of Clairemont Drive.
According to the report, a person was hit and killed by at least one vehicle. A black BMW sedan with severe front windshield and roof damage was at the scene.
It’s unclear what led up to the crash.
The crash caused a closure of all northbound lanes of the interstate as crews investigated the incident.
The CHP is investigating the collision.
