Woman Killed, 1 Seriously Hurt in Lancaster Car Crash on E. Avenue J
Lancaster, California (November 28, 2019) – A woman was killed and another person seriously injured in a traffic collision on Wednesday night in Lancaster, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at about 8:46 p.m. November 27, at 20820 E. Avenue J.
Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the crash.
A woman in her mid 70s was killed in the collision. Another person had to be freed from the wreckage by the Los Angeles County Fire Department crews who responded to the incident. The person was then airlifted to a trauma center with serious injuries.
The identities of the involved parties and details on what may have led to the crash were not immediately available.
The crash is under investigation.
