Injuries Reported after San Diego Crash on 5 Freeway and H Street
San Diego, California (February 18, 2019) – Injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle collision early Monday morning in the area of San Diego, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision happened at around 2:05 a.m. on Monday, on southbound 5 Freeway at H Street.
As per the report, multiple vehicles crashed for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking all lanes following the collision.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
All lanes were opened as of 2:44 a.m.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
